Does anyone have a SAVED-GAME for the Hokkaido mission | Forums

I'm in need of a SAVED GAME for the Hokkaido mission. A SAVE after the vent that brings you to the second part of the map. I cannot enter the vent after i killed the main guy, and would like to continue the game.

The question would be "Why can't I enter the vent after I kill the main guy?" I'm assuming you're talking about Milan Nedich, and you're possibly on a PC, right?

It's an easy enough mission... probably be just as easy to restart so you can get past that point.

If you're getting an alarm or mission failure at that point, you've not hidden the bodies you've left behind. If that's the case, backtrack and make sure they're all in nice dark areas where they won't be found.

thank you for your reply WarriorOfLight, but i have replayed the mission 3 times and always get the same result. I have tried it with killing or knocking everyone out, or without being seen by anyone, and only kill Nedich.

I don't know what else i can do to get past that point.

I'm on 1.05

Are you talking about the overhead crawlspace just around the corner from where you grab and kill Nedich? And what symptom(s) are you getting, be as specific as possible, that is keeping you from getting the "action" prompt to enter it?

Yes, it is the overhead crawl space behind the buddha statue to the right. After i kill Nedich i went over there without being spoted and the INTERACT - ENTER does not come up. I tried jumping, i tried from the flowers on the left, i tried it by killing all the guys from the meeting, i tried it by killing everyone in the level. I have found 3 MICs and i believe that is all there is in the first half of the level. I don't see a secondary objective that i would need to complete in order to move forward.

I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and the problem is the same.

Now to desperation time... You've got the 1.05 patch, so as a last ditch effort I'd try to reload and use the 1.02 patch and don't install the 1.05 to see if you can then get past this area!

Other than that I'm out of ideas for ya

Ok, i tried it with 1.00, 1.02, 1.03 and i replayed the mission on each patch and i get the same result. All of the objectives that i can complete up to that point are checked off in the GOALS list.

I give up, the game just doesn't work for me. I decided to bring it back and buy something that works.
