Flat panel...its called ghosting I believe....
I don't see it all the time only when i look in a certain angle on the screen.
Do you know how i can get rid of it??

If it is indeed ghosting your stuck with it. Soem flat panel LCD monitors do it, others dont.....depends on the quality, etc.
I would google...I dont know if there is or isnt things that can be tweaked to help with the ghosting........
