What do I do next
Your graphics card looks like something on board and not very powerful (only 30 MB). I think Uru needs 64 MB graphics card to work properly. Any chance you can upgrade?

The Voodoo4 is the newest/latest Voodoo video card. Before nVidia got huge they were the best. Of course nVidia took them over and well that's the end of that.
Anyway, it's most likely AGP. So, he needs to upgrade his video card -- because I can guarantee the Voodoo 4 will NOT play URU.
Well, with the right drivers and some luck it MIGHT play URU. But I can guarantee it will run into a slue of problems.

Oh, and one other item. You're running Windows 98. Looks like Win98A, which is older than Win98SE.
URU REQUIRES Win98SE or better.
So you need to upgrade your OS, to at the very least Win98SE.

I'd suggest another 256MB of physical memory as well.
Go to the Windows Update site and make sure that you have all of the Windows 98 updates installed.
