For those having problems...my problem was that I cut and pasted the code which put a space at the end of it. When I tried again, I just backspaced to get rid of that space and the code worked.

Thanks to the game makers for the credits!

You might have an extra space before the 5. I copied just the first few characters and then typed in the U! and it worked. (try typing the whole thing instead of copy/paste)

I tried to use my the Promo Code to receive my free Ubi Credits and it said it was already redeemed. I have not even used it. I just now found out about it. What do I do?

I noticed that the Club Elite-page is up. However, it doesn't work for me. My CSI:Fatal Conspiracy game says that I should connect to facebook from the loading screen of my game, and that I then become a member of club elite automatically. This does not work for me; the items for 'club elite only' in crime city are still unavailable to me.

I then tried clicking 'join club elite' straight from the facebook-game and then tried to enter my install keycode in the promo-code box, but that also did not work.

Please, Ubisoft, could you help me out here? I really hope you will answer my question. Thank you.

how do I get a code when I dont have an xbox 360, ps3 or a pc?

I just have a netbook and there are no shops in town that do any of the CSI dvd's.

And I dont know if they are in the uk dvd's.
