I can not get passed the load screen so I can't play the game. So heres what I've done:
Ive brought the limited Edition copy at â£39.99 from Ubisoft, I won't be able to play the game but I can still play with the coins ( and I think you might be able to use them on the shopping channel) and best of all I've got a map so if I ever go on holiday there I'll never get lost. NOW THAT'S SMART THINKING!

Actually my real problem is I can't get pasted the load screen with the dragons face, it just freezes. So i have not actually tried the game yet, I have tried updating drivers, I have tried speaking nicely to the computer and I've tried giving it a good thump on top, but nothing. If anybody else has had this problem and solved it I would like to hear from you.
And yes despite not seeing it or playing it I have got a copy of the limited edition no less on backorder.

Can you please say me your hardware specifications (processor, graphic card and RAM)? This could help me to find your problem

You'll have to excuse my cynicism on this subject, but you just bought a broken demo of a potentially broken game, that you have been unable to try, because it was broken, and you say it's smart?.... â£39.99 from Ubisoft ... NOW THAT'S SMART THINKING!
What are these coins you speak of?
Barkindog1965 what service pack you got installed for win xp (you can find that out by pressing the win+pause break keys) and also post your specs and the system.log located in demo\bin.

Hello unreal_az my service pack is 2.
Tyler _86 is right i think its up to ubisoft or who ever is makeing the game to put it right, there are lots of pepole with the same prob but no solution.I do have every confidence in them.I pinched my wifes work laptop when she was looking the other way and it worked fine on that not a single crash but she said i would have to get a job with her firm to keep it.And Tyler Im not a complete idiot im still working on that.Oh and the coins are with the limited edtion get a gold one in there and all your pc probs are over because i think you might win one.

If you have an nVidia card, integrated in a laptop or not, try the NGO nVidia modded drivers 84 26 ... if you got the createvertexbuffer failed in the game's "system.log", after the splash screen.
