Believe it or not, I have a Greatest Hits CD by the Partridge Family. If I remember correctly, that TV series was loosely based on the real life story of the Cowsills, whose mother used to ferry her musical family around via a psychedelic school bus.

He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.

Wern,
How do you post videos like the good old days? Donna did it like the instructions say, Love ya Donna.
But I want a photo and start arrow like you have above.
Thanks.
P.S. this site sucks!!!!!![]()
It's actually easier now than it was before. On YouTube, as soon as you click on "Share", a small box of code (already highlighted) appears immediately below. Copy the code and then click on the forum's "Add Video" button. When the dialog box appears, just paste the code and click "OK". When you post, the video will appear.![]()

I think this has been posted before, I can't recall, but it's a great song and deserves a re-up:
And here's another classic by Looking Glass:

Now, something has been happening to me over the last several years, and I must confess, it's both alarming and disturbing. It's something that I swore would never happen but now find it so compelling, I'm almost embarrassed to even mention it. I mean, these are songs that once used to gag me when I heard them played. Now, alas, I find them compulsory for my musical itinerary. The worst part of it is, I actually find myself wanting to hear them, and then playing them over and over again. So, it is with great regret, some shame and heap loads of embarrassment that I must admit, and can no longer deny the fact that, I'm becoming my parents.
With that "coming out of the closet" experience, now aside, here's a couple of tunes that I once hated with a passion but now find that I can't stop listening to.
First, an old Bert Bacharach tune performed by Herb Alpert:
And the theme song from the old movie:
I know, I know, it's a travesty.
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
-Ecclesiastes 3:11 (NIV84)
Don't feel bad Cel. While I was never a fan of Bacharach or Albert specifically, I always did like big band and classical music.Yes, I have my Mozart and Benny Goodman in with my Who and Led Zeppellin.
One interesting point. The Eagles was one of my favorite groups when I was a teenager. Listening to them recently, the thought came to me, "I actually liked this when I was 17?" BTW, I stilll like them.

The're in their bars, drinking, celebrating our sinking! Not yet my friends, not yet!
A Summer Place...from someone who was (is) a rocker, I always liked that song very much. It's so brought back memories of my childhood.
My friends just thought I was nuts.
