I know one thing I really like, that your energy is renewed every 30 seconds instead of some games that take 2 minutes or more. Using tools should cost more feed back but not double or at least each different tool should cost the same.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We're glad to hear that you like the energy refresh rate. We'll definitely take into consideration your idea about varying levels of energy expenditure for different tools.

As far as issues: Besides what's already been mentioned, I noticed in some cut scenes my avatar changes from the male to female character. One example of this is in the final cut scene when you've solved the first case.

Suggestion: Have some form of rank system beyond level. Every game has generic levels. Perhaps as one gains a certain number of levels or solves a certain number of cases they can gain titles consistent with law enforcement.

Thanks for your feedback! Thank you for pointing out your avatar switching error. This was corrected for most of the game, but it's possible it is still showing up for some players. As for the extended ranking system, you have a very good point. A level up system that followed a real life promotion ranking title would be cool!

I'm having a problem in Road to Nowhere. In George's home office, there's a bubble with the exclamation point in it, and I cannot click on it to see what the character has to say. It just clicks on the square behind the bubble.

And, there isn't any way to review evidence you have already processed. Being able to go back and read the description would be nice.

We're aware of the issue with not being able to click the NPC (non-player character) in George's Home Office. This is a known issue listed under Updates and Announcements.

As for the evidence issue, you actually can go back and review evidence that you've already processed. Simply click "Case" and then click any of the evidence slots that have a blue check mark underneath them (meaning that the item has already been successfully processed). This will provide you with a Report Analysis.

Thank you! I was not aware that you could click on the evidence.

One other thing, it shouldn't cost $1000 a pop for each new part of the lab, at least at the first level of speed in which items are processed, also I definitely agree about voice overs from the characters being a great idea as well as voice overs for the 'suspects'. One thing that seems to be missing, or I haven't gotten far enough in the game to see it, Dr. Robbins and the morgue.

Fun to play, just not a lot of energy to complete maps. It's a constant waiting game for energy on some maps.

From the HQ screen, it would be nice to have the ability to choose a specific location within a case. For example, it would be nice to enter George's Home Office in the Road To Nowhere case directly from the HQ screen.

I completely agree. When I logged in this morning, it had me choose a case. I choose one I had begun last night and it sent me to a crime scene I had already cleared. It would be much better to let you choose where you want to go, or at the very least set the default to the lab / office.
