Problem with Nvidia optimus technology

When I start the game I hear intro sound, but see only black screen, then only might and magic cursor appears and nothing else. And can't do anything. That is happening when I'm using nvidia 540M, but when I launch game using Intel integrated graphic card, it starts, but then mouse cursor starts flickering and also sounds are weird, they are too fast.

My video card is nvidia geforce 540M and Intel HD graphics. I'm using resolution of 1920x1080 and I have Windos 7 64 Ultimate.

Also noticed one more thing, gameplay related. Some units can't use defend and wait options.
