I cannot complete case 4-05. It shows that my evidence has been processed but it is not in the lab. I would like to complete this case so that I can move on.

It's possible that your evidence is in your friend's lab? Click the Evidence icon from the main HQ screen. Then click any piece(s) of evidence that show. That will take you directly to wherever your evidence is located.
