Apologies if been posted already as i searched for youtube and off course got lots of posts about tubes of a different sort in the results.

Some nice details in this video such as Vegatation in the water and good closeups of the sea graphics etc.

Only thing that looks silly to me is as the Japanese ship sinks the flags still billows as if it ship is going forward.

Surely the flag would reverse direction towards the end nearest the surface because of the drag as the boat heads down towards the bottom of the ocean?

Looks great, really great, the ships look wetter somehow. The flags do seem a bit oversized perhaps.

Control room and conning tower interior views are most impressive. Ships movement in specific stations, missing from SH3. Niiiice!

What are all those silly blinking lights in the conning tower? A dumbed-down gee-whiz light show reminiscent of Lost In Space, or part of the historically accurate crew interface? Surely the latter. We'll see.

    It`s work in progress.....I hope.
But it was recorded in February....and I don`t like that explosion sequence one tiny bit.

The blinking lights are hopefully a work in progress,
but they are in fact the indicator for whether the tubes are loaded or not

    Work in progress, makes sense.

The christmas tree was an annunciator panel showing valve status for diving purposes. A 'green board' meant the dive could continue. I believe it was located in the control room, near the hyraulic manifold, where the various valves and systems were controlled.

I have no reference to hand and speak from memory. Perhaps some naval type here can clarify this.
