I have been on the Forums for a little while now, and I feel that I owe some people apologies.
I don't remember any names specifically, but I do know that I am very passionate about Assassin's Creed (especially Multiplayer).
Being passionate, I often get carried away when promoting and defending my ideas. Yes, I prefer stealthy play over constant roof runners, but that doesn't give me the right to hurt other people's feelings, or feel superior to them.
I guess I'm saying this because I have noticed that our loving community has grown more hostile in the past two weeks.
I do not mean that sarcastically. Of all of the Forums I've seen online (gaming and non-gaming alike), everyone on these Forums has proven nicer and more helpful than the rest.
Some people will ask obvious questions, repetitive questions, or make annoying statements. But that doesn't give us the right to start an argument when we should be starting a discussion.
And I say "we" because I am definitely including myself.
I am not trying to pass judgment or act higher than anyone else on the Forums; especially since I am also guilty of these things.
And I do believe that this is a minimal problem on the Forums. A majority of people and posts are still positive and constructive.
I just thought I would apologize because I thoroughly enjoy the Forums as well as the company of everyone on the Forums. If anyone has any ill-feelings towards me, I would like to resolve them now with an apology rather than make enemies.
(Especially roof runners. I know I have given into anger recently and completely bashed your playing style; so, please forgive me.)
