Thread: Settlers 7 Gold Edition not Gold? | Forums

    I purchased Settlers 7 Gold Edition PC Download and download from Ubisoft shop. After installed, I found those extensions that suppose to be included in gold edition are still locked. Is there anything I need to do to unlock them or the version I installed is actually not gold?

    Anyone got the same condition?

    Did you check for emails that might contain the keys needed to unlock the extra content?

    There is only a serial number in the order details on UbiShop. Didn't find email related to the key at all.

    It is solved. I need to put the serial numner in for redeem the code to unlock it. Thanks for your help.

    I sent a question Ubi customer service regurding to unlocking the gold content, but their response is talking about download and order. It is frustrating. I really wonder did they really read the problem clearly before response, or they just throw something back to customers and end the case.
