I thought I had finished Teledahn, but I fell into the abis before the totem exploded. I did touch all 7 hand cloths though. How do I get back to the last room to make the totem explode? Or do I not need to do in order to end the age?

Return to Teledahn and exit through the Journey Door. You will once again appear in the Bahro Caves.
