Thread: Raving Rabbids First Person Shooter? | Forums

I like to play video games with my daughter. She's 9 and that's why we purchased the Wii. It just seemed more appropriate for kids and she really enjoys it. And I can find a whole lot of games that aren't ultra violent to play with her. But one thing I can't find is a first person shooter game. Don't get me wrong--you can find first person shooters, but they are for more adult players and I wouldn't like her to play something like that.

And then their came Raving Rabbids. I liked playing the game because it was challenging in a lot of ways--but she absolutely loved to play the end of level shooting game. (I only got to play it like twice because she would always make me give over the controller when I won the level.) Now on the gamecube, the only first person shooter we played together was Metal Arms because they were robots and not people. But she loved playing that one, and I loved playing with her, but not in a super violent bloodfest.

Now I tell you this. I would love to see Ubisoft take the Raving Rabbids to some type of Multiplayer game. This way she gets to play with me in a first person shooter in an enviroment that's funny--not over the top blood and gore. It doesn't matter if it's Wii or the PC--but I would love to see one where we could be a rabbid or Rayman and plunger one another on a number of different multplayer environments.

A major let down of the entire Rabbids franchise is that there isn't online to be seen anywhere let alone in that one Mini-game.

But yes Rabbids multi player would be alright but also have your daughter look into Rayman M / Arena as well depending on which is available in your region.
