Yes, according to some interviews I've read and also in this month's issue of Gamepro, they tell us it's a heavily modified Unreal 3 engine that allows the game to display over 1000 units.

Keyboard and mouse support is for suckers.
Don't you realize that C&C3 for 360 is the best strategy game for competition (not gameplay) ever since everyone has to use the same exact equipment?
If the devs are smart, than they will make sure that this game does not have keyboard and mouse support.

Anyways, this would be incredible because I don't think there's ever been an RTS that uses such a high tech engine usually reserved for FPS games. I always thought how cool RTS games like Company of Heroes or World in Conflict are because they resemble FPS graphics from 3 years ago. But now Endwar could probably the first RTS games to rival FPS graphics of today!
