No changeable graphics settings?!!!?!?! WHAT?!?! | Forums

Hey guys, So I was looking to play this awesome looking game but I was afraid I might not have a chance of running it. So I checked the minimum system requirements...all checked out. Checked the recommended, checked out apart from one or two things which I barely missed on.The key components checked out- My RAM checked out, My CPU checked out, MY GPU checked out so I guessed with a couple of settings put to low i.e. shadows and what not it would work right? NO!

I go to the options and my jaw hit the floor as I cannot even change ANY Of the damn graphics settings because there is NONE! Only 4 settings to pick from! Seems like it should have at least 5 times this amount of settings for such a graphically intense game but because of the lack of settings I cant even play the game for 5 minutes. But nope, only resolution and refresh which didnt alter my FPS at all when I changed it.

Cant change Shadows, VSync, AA, Antistropticflitering and all that fun stuff which would probably allow me to play the game smoothly. This needs to be sorted ASAP because I cant even play the game that I've paid for.(Unless I want to make a pretty screensaver out of the main menu as thats about all I can do)

Also if anyone is looking to play this-DONT TRUST THE RECOMMENDED SETTINGS whatsoever, because at the moment I feel like ive wasted £11.99.

Nope...Didnt work, tried changing and forcing Vsync off in my nvidia control panel and anything that could cause it to lag off but still, lucky to get even 5fps on this, on a machine that can run crysis2/Shogun on 40-50fps with high graphics (Exc shadows).

Yes, I hope they fix this, although I dont need to change settings lots of people would appreciate this.
And the 30 fps cap is just annoying...

Is there some way to report this stuff to Ubisoft or they watch the topics from this forum to see what's wrong with the game?

Lol, a year later, I'm actually trying to turn the graphics settings up! Just funny I think.... My frame rate is too good and that water could look better :P. Where's my 16x anti-aliasing option?

Going to try the Nvidia Control Panel to do so.
