I think something has happened in Mexico becuase of GRAW and now the **** has hit the fan... the splinter cell reference could mean that a splinter cell was going in to get info on attack plans; Ghost squad could be behind the US/mexican border, taking out enemies.

Either way, mexico has something to do with this; as does the european region...

No, JSF is the Joint Strike Fighter, you're thinking of JTF-2 which is Joint Task Force-2 the Canadian SF operators, made up of a cross section of Canadian troops from all branches of the Canadian services. That's about all we know of them too.
