i too am haveing the same prob. ordered through steam i deleted the files in user/documents it booted once then when i closed the game my comp would hang/freez on the sync saving. so i tryed again and now i just get a black screen un able to close and must do a hard restart. sigh*

I was playing today, my PC crashed and had to reboot, I am getting a message after trying to load h6:

Heroes 6 stopped working... (Windows 7)

Please give a solution!

Forgot to say: Purchased game via digital download if that its needed to know.

I almost completed all campaings and today i cant start the game evetrything was fine till today, "game has stopped working" tried to reinstall ubisoft launcher, still no change.

My computer blue-screened (haven't done that for 3 months, so it's not for my overclocking) when i played Heroes VI today. I restarted my computer and now I got this problem.

Got a very new computer, Win 7 64 bit, 8gb of Ram, overklocked 2500K and a Radeon 6950. Have worked great until today, I started the game, and the Ubisoft Uplay crap starts up. After i press "play" a window pops up saying that Heroes VI has stopped working. And that's all. Haven't tried to reinstall it though, got a very slow internet connection here, and it doesn't seem to work according to the other posts here either.

Same problem here.. Played for days and now, NOTHING!!! BAD 60$ INVESTMENT!!! I played MM3 and World of Xeen and all of Heroes... I won't quit now....

Same issue here...am running on a new laptop bought it yesterday morning played for a few hours stopped then when i went to start again i got the same windows message that it has quit working...ive stuck with hereos from the start im not giving up but wow....

Patched the game today, still don't work. I want my Money back, I have Bought a game for about 60 bucks i can't play at all. :/
