if you mean at the begining where the two doctors (the old one and the hot lucy girl) are fighting because the girl insisted for you to rest, then... i think we can solve your problem. You are NOT to go inside the conference room! you are to go to *tooooot* (spoiler follows) and press any key and listen (intentely...)

I can tell you but... that is if you want me to spoil the fun of looking a way out (or in this case, continue the story)

no no i have finished the game i can access both computers after the credits have rolled, there is supposed to be a code or something but i can't find it and i don't know how to get in

Yes, when you access Vidic's computer, look through all the emails, there'll be one in his Inbox from either Lucy or the Security department, and in it is a conversation stating that the code had been changed, and the new code is listed at the top. I think it's 00062677. (Not that it matters if you know it, because you have to check the email first.)
