hello i have complited the game but i wauld like to know how i can load old missions like only the assassin missions, like the block 4, there is 3 differend missions, and if i load the block 4 memorie then i need to do it from the first one... How can i only load the one where i need to kill my assassin target?

Nope, had that same issue. you will have to replay it all, or not at all.
