F9 and Lag | Forums

I am brand new to this game. My son has been playing online without issue for a couple of days. But last night I got invovled and did some coop, I noticed I was getting serious lag. When I crouched it would go down to 1 frame per second for 10 seconds or so in the worst case.

I use Nostromo for my off-hand and in this game I used the Fkeys for the most part for mapping. What I've found is for some reason F9 when you press it completely kills the frames of this game, you have to press it again to get back to normal speed. But every other F9 bam, slow down city.

So this is just a heads up to anyone out there, F9 in this game is not your friend.
