Crashes when sinking certain destroyer | Forums

i keep getting crash to desktop when i kill this certain destroyer in this convoy. i saved it before i attacked. and i try and kill him and every time i hit him with a torpedo or deck gun it crashes me every time. any body else have this problem. if i kill the smaller destroyer it does not crash.
