Awww... Ubisoft should really give us some information, teaser or screenshots from the next-gen Driver for PS3 and 360 and I'm not talking about the XBLA or PSN version...
I've been looking out for just anything for the follow-up of D:PL since I saw a picture with Tanners face and "Driver 4" on it.
Up till now I've only seen proof of a next-gen Driver being in the making. It's just not enough. Tanner is the cool driver guy we all like to see and I just wouldn't like having to buy a simple mainstream game like Wheelman to still my hunger for a Driver that might not even be in the making at all.
Let me hear or see something Ubisoft... I've been waiting for years know and I'm on the edge of giving up my hopes for a next-gen Driver, seriously

Edit: One last thing though, I'd really like a "Director Mode" again!!! That mode was awesome!

As explained in other threads there is currently no information to suggest a new Driver game, should that change I will let you all know but for now consider anything to the contrary rumour.

So if there indeed is no information to suggest a new Driver game...

    -Why would Sony've announced a next-gen Driver?
-What about that BBC interview at Ubisoft Reflections
-Why would've Reflections put effort in making easter eggs for a next Driver including Tanner? (I've seen some in Driver: Parallel Lines)

Anyway, I'm really starting to lose my patience. A HD version of the original version would be fine, a completely new game would be amazing, but haven't even seen anything and haven't even received anything on the storyline... not even knowing about a possible release date....

    IT'S KILLING ME UBISOFT!

Is it truly THIS important to keep EVERYTHING about the games behind closed doors? Come on Ubisoft, I'd even be SATISFIED with an ESTIMATED RELEASE DATE, but if this goes on for another six monts... don't expect me to buy ANY of your products!

MGS General you're angry that information hasn’t been released on a game that hasn’t been announced and potentially doesn’t even exist?

I'm frustated that we've been promised something years ago. Years later, 2009, it seems like no progress has been made in all those years in between. We've only seen images of a different racegame that was in development a while ago, but it wasn't driver. Sure, I'm fine if Driver turns out not to be in development at all, but nor getting evidence that the game is in progress, nor being denied that the game is in progress.. I'm sorry, but the least they can do is to tell us whether it is or isn't in development.
The thing is, I could be waiting for my favourite racegame while it will never get a sequel or prequel again. I've been waiting for 3 years now and normally information would've been given by now.
All I can say about Ubisoft is that I wasn't as satisfied with them as a few years ago. Maybe they'll take a better direction soon, but who knows

Ubis staff wont give out info just because your moaning!!...

for now, since Ubi haven't announced anything, you will just have to do your research, and discuss your findings with other people on the forums!.

although, judging by current rumours, I suspect that we may see an announcement by the end of march,

but of course, don't get your hopes up for any official info until they have officially announced the next Driver title!.

So you posted my "find" here smiler (Yeah, it's me, Nick Brasil, just with a different username lol).

Well, if a new Driver is being made, no-one knows, but it doesn't mean that we can't dream with it. The only thing that we can't do is... wait.
