Has anyone else had the problem of the game crashing once it has launched. I can never get passed the Ubisoft logo when the game launches before it crashes. I have re-installed countless times and written to Ubisoft to get some tech support, yet have not receive any responses.

If anyone know how to help fix this, it would be great to get some advice.
