No.

This is a bit of a stupid question, because, those that don't currently have trouble with matchmaking or connection will say, no. And, those who do will say, yes.
If everyone was getting pretty much the same service across the board then this might be a reasonable question to ask.
It would just mean people would go into lobby's with lower ranked people so they could get high scores and boost their TG. As poor as the matchmaking system is, I don't think this would help all that much. On the other hand, at least you'd get more than 2 games an hour -.-
it needs something but i don't think that is it.

at least i would love to see what games are active.
hmm..
Well it takes about 20 min to join a multplayer game (Pc)
It's so annoying...
join match
5min later=waiting for other abstergo agents
15min later=waiting for other abstergo agents
30 min later=lost connection to the host
So.. yes
A server browser would be perfect for finding the game type you want to play, or maps you prefer and what not.
It would add to the multiplayer experience, so I voted yes.

Hmm matchmaking on PC hasn't been nearly as bad as it was when I was playing on XBox. Guess you could say I'm used to the wait. Though a week or so ago getting into matches was fine. It was speedy.
Wait times isn't what I have the biggest problem with. It's getting disconnected in the middle of matches that annoys me. Only to try joining a session again, be put into the same lobby, and realize no one was disconnected but me and I am back to zero points again lol...
I don't know if it's possible, but would there be a way to monitor the connection strength of any given session? Since it's p2p based? Or is that even possible. I don't know a lot about how it all works but, something like that would be useful to know. >_>; The least they could do is make sure the person hosting the session has a good connection. I know my net is fine so it can't be on my end.
Also I voted YES. It would be nice to have. Perhaps if it limited what sessions you could join based on the players' experience (ie templar grade or level) it would be fair enough.
