20% Bug after entering APR Base | Forums

I've been playing Far Cry 2 for the last few days now im already at 20% of the game progress, i took my main mission and i notice some bug, my character cant get pass the APR Base so i did a few bashing on my keyboard (spam W and Spacebar) so i managed to get thru the APR base and get my mission.

Now after i exit the building, i noticed that i cant switch weapons, fire weapons, throw a grenade, even jumping and crouching is not working when im not using my MAP which is not normal, im stuck now, i stopped playing because of this,

Anyone encountered this problem too? what did you do to fix this?

i dont want to restart the game again and get stuck on this part again. Im using Patch 1.01

i had this problem.... i just drove around did a malaria pill run i believe, and came back.. got the mission (the mission was able to be obtained, it just wasn't checking my weapons becuase there was no guy standing outside to do so, so i couldn't actually get the mission at the time) and finished the gmae fine...

i also had a problem where i would be checked at the door, and go in, but the room where the leader's (mission giver) room would be behind a closed door... did the same thing, went about my way for awhile can came back later...

the first time i assumed it was because it was night, (but i can recall more then one mission i ended up taking durring night) but the second time as durring high noon... so it obviously had nothing to do with that.

anyways, if you can go back to just beofre you got the mission, drive around for awhile and do a malaria run... seemed to work for me.

i already deleted all of my saves before i took this mission .. ~_~ damn waste of time then.
