i have 2 questions:
1st: Does anyone know if this game will be in store retail or is this a game you can only buy from online?

2nd: I'm in Germany, if i buy this game from a German store, will there be an English option for the sound and text like in SH3?

Yes the game will be availabe to purchase in stores, I'd suggest you look in the larger PC game retailers first, and I'd imagine there is one European version of the game that will have different language options as per SH3.
