My apologies.'downloaded' and 'installed' mean different things to me.
Dunno what to suggest dood.....have you searched the technical forum for similar problems?
Maybe you could also post your p.c's specification here (saves a techie from having to ask for it)

Okay I also get a ms dos problem too , man this is nuts. my cpu is windows ME, 256mb ram, gforce 2 mx 200 video card, pentium 3 733 mhz
It doesnt make sense the game runs fine but when I try to restart the game it gives me those errors

Umm.. I think that is your problem.
Ok seriously I think your processor and video card are below specs.

your pc is a little bit slow for this game.(but only a little bit)
The minimum requirements are printed on the reverse of the cd case
However.....I suspect the real problem is your choice of operating system.Windows ME ain't good..not even a little bit
