    i got the pc collectors edition and of the bonus disc there seems to be nothign important but this setup..so i click it and i get a splinter cell update setup then i get an error..wheres the extras???..also on the bank level i cant get the access area where the keypad is sparking on the first floor???please help me

    for the bank door, you have to interrogate the guy working on the broken door. but if you already took him out then keep going down the hall, and exit outside.(camera out there so watch it) and right outside to your right there is a crawl space to enter the room
