I have a feeling you have to do it when surfaced and it cannot be stormy weather. Maybe have to have men on deck too. Just guessing. It is always stormy for me when I need to do it, so I assume that is why I can't get it to work

ive tried that on a multiplayer game, still water, nice and sunny crew on deck, i try going into the weapon management screen and try to drag the torps into the tubes or reserve bays inside the ship but nothing happens and theres nothing about it in the manual!! irs really anoying when you have 8 torps left outside but cant use them when theres only tankers left, and no deck gun!!

ok thanks m8, i'll give it a try later although i dont want to be waiting around for an hour in a multiplayer game to load the tubes
