    Well,
I've played BIA R2Hill30 and Now EiB and I must say the forums have had a positive impact on the game. So many topics about the game have been discussed and I must say that this one is most mature I accountered when playing PC games. I have created this thread, for everyone who feels like they reached the end of the road with this game and is ready for the next installment.
To be honest, when Star Wars Empire at War is released in two weeks thats what I'll be playing. I love strategic platform games too and most of my experiences for WW2 campaigns and operations ahve been learnt in the classroom, the history channel, FPS and platform games. I am a product of the Nintendo generation and my love of video games began when I playing Super Mario brothers on my nintendo 8 bit console, all those years ago.
I'm never gonna give up playin PC games or grow out of them. However, I feel like I have reached the end of the road with Earned in Blood. So what's next Gearbox?

Well, you could check out the demo for Rainbow Six Lockdown, Ty. It's not bad. I cut my multiplayer teeth on on the R6, Rogue Spear, and Raven Shield series. It's kind of neat to see that the series is still kicking after all these years.

Too bad you're bailing. I was looking forward to playing on your EIB server again. That was great fun a week or so ago when you, paleozoic, singe11111, and I were playing. I learned a lot that night.

    Hey Thumper,
Thanks for tip on Rainbow Six. I've heard the AI-bots are more prone to disaster than the BIA ones? I havnt played much of the series, but I will download the demo from xfire.
I still play online with the regulars (Singe, mainly who has taken up residence at ubi.com...lol) and new players who have just recently got the game.
nobody visits for days at a time anymore.
I want gearbox to fix or develop solutions to multiplayer problems. 1) Let us know who is waiting to play online in multiplayer server area; 2) lets us see who is in game; 3) and let us see the ping meter in gameplay so connection can be monitored.
It's a great game, but I'm glad I got Star Wars Republic Commando before this, because BIA R2Hill30 and SW RC were the first 2 games to introduce FPS squad commands with AI bots. I know people complain about the game and I know playing it on mp can be frustrating.
I would like to be able to call in mortar or artillery support...or even P-51's, BF109's, or stukka dive-bombers. You know something more than what the game has now and I've heard this talk about SDK software, but I don't want to make the game...I better at playing it...lol... Later

Yup...the multiplayer issues need to be addressed. I have made several posts at the Gearbox forums and Ubi forums regarding the archaic system that they have now. It's bizarre, because Ubisoft games usually have a good multiplayer browser/server system. In this case...NOT!
