    how do you get straight into the game,career mode without going to school.

    um, quite simply create a profile and start a career....certainly in my game thats the case.

    The training only gives an extra 1000 renown for starting off if I remember correctly

    when i go to start the game in career mode it takes me straight into the school and i can not get out of it to start the game
