Hi all,

does anyone know if there ever was released some art booklet or image vault booklet with any of the retail games or internet shops?Sometimes there are some steelbook editions which have such booklets.If anyone knows anything (can also be handled free seperately with the game mustn't be sold) about it, that would be great to know.

Second.Was there some other making-of-dvd ever released besides the limited edition and collector's edition making of dvd?
