I do not remember many (any) synchronization problems between the audio and the visual in TTT.
There were several in Warrior Within. There was nothing that could be done for Warrior Within. It was simply not programmed well. The programming is not that easy to do. Try it yourself in a complex game.
Does that happen on every single cinematic scene involving speaking or just one or two in particular?
The game was published before certain new dual core and other fancy optimizations (including Vista) were ever distributed. You should mention what your particular hardware setup is (preferrably in the forum "Prince of Persia - Community Technical Help" ... because that is where the people who solve such technical problems would look to assist you.
Such timing is unfortunate at times but should not affect the net outcome of the game play ... just the "experience."
