Problems installing punkbuster | Forums

Hey i got a problem with punkbuster here when i play a ranked match. It says i need to install punkbuster after downloading the pbsetup and installing the punkbuster files to three different locations, once for the program files/ubisoft/far cry 2, once for program files/ubisoft/far cry 2/bin, and once for my documents/my games/far cry 2.

I bought this game at the store, not through steam, so theres no place for me to install the punkbuster in the steam directory.

What should i do?

Well, I'm a Vista user both 32 and 64 bit. I have PB installed with PBsetup in the following locations :

V32: users/[yourname]/appdata/local/FCX
users/documents/my games/Far Cry 2
computer/C:/program files/Ubisoft/FC2
computer/C:/program files/Ubisoft/FC2/bin

V64: as listed above +

C:/windows/system/Sys32
C:/windows/system/sysWOW64

Those should be the same for 32 and 64 bit XP, but I dont use XP so Im not positive
