Some captains out there dont know when it is enough.

Ive attacked an convoy today and torpedoed this norwegian C-3.

Although its entire aft sunk underwater and its engine room must have been flooded it didnt sunk.

    It even did not stop.

In this condition it still gave full power , made 4 knots and slowly but surely escaped while i was waterbombed by 2 destroyers and a Black Swan Frigate.

This captain must have really loved his ship.

Unlike this captain of an u.s. destroyer which recieved an direct bow hit by me.

Instead of stopping all engines to slow down the flooding a bit and to give the crew a chance to get into the life boats its captain ordered all ahead flank.

It sinking took about 10 seconds

Even as the aft raised into the sky the propellors were still running at max speed.

I believe the captain was so angry that he was even trying to speed things up to prevent a long and hurtful death for his ship.

No that would be a little too big for a depth charge.
