how long does it take for ubisoft to look into a ticket and resolved it
my first post in the ticket was on 30th july and i t is already 9th (my time) and it is still not resolved.
it is just a simply request of asking them to replace the uplay account of AC2. i cant play the game because of this.
anyone knows how to contact them direct?
this is poor customer service.

Hello, what exactly do you mean by replace the Uplay account? Each game will have a technical support slip inside of the game case. On this slip you will find a direct contact number that you can use to call into support by phone, however if you have already sent in a support ticket, you can PM me either the account username, or reference number for the ticket and I can see what I can do.
having the same problem i have updated all accounts related to Uplay and UBI and still get the same error. any help would be appreciated
