Hi, i have a problem with pills...

I just arrived at Bowa-Sako and did the first mission, in which I must protect a boat. Okay, when I complete the mission, I started to find the diamonds in the southern territory, and after finding a few, I grabbed an attack of malaria.
when taking the pill, which echo the character as a look at the bottle and showed no pills. So I went to the Underground HQ to take missions and get pills, but they say "I have no work, come back later", I'm back like 3 times later and still saying the same **** ...
What the hell do I do? I have to keep doing missions to unblock an underground HQ missions or go looking for diamonds as usual? I passed about 3 days of play and have not had malaria attacks, but just in case wonder ..

edit: i have level 0 of malaria..

Giult: Look at your main map in between missions and go to the doctor's office in Mosate Selao - He'll likely say he has no drugs but will give you travel papers to trade and tell you what underground HQ to go to.
