Hello - Pinapple Chunk here with a question (two actually). As a single player of s4 (and not having a map editor)I am a regular downloader of maps from settlers4.net. 'Good for you' I here you say; the problem is the site has gone.

Does anyone know what happened?

Does anyone know of another site where maps (for single players) can be downloaded?

Please help this sad single player.....

unfortunately it seems that nobody knows what happened to the mapbase or to elly...

Hi Spirit_ch (whereabouts in 'ch' are you, I wonder - nice country). Anyway, thanks for the info and the links. I assume you are working on something similar with 'Bloody History'? Any idea when it will be available? With British History guess it will take ages before you get to Part II: Rest of the World

well the "ch" stands for switzerland as you assumed I live close to Lucerne

about "bloody history": ...sure I know when it starts but I'm not allowed to tell you yet ... the only information available at the moment --> click on the bloody history banner, more info to come on friday 8.apr.05...

Lucerne eh? I was there last June for a couple of days. Weather was great. Shame the 'pubs' close early Anyhoo, thanks again Spirit cant wait for the next installment of Bloody History. Is it me or is this the slowest site (to load) in the world?

btw I have some news for you regarding bloody history ... I don't know whether you know the SPC (single player contest) from Siedler-Turnier

there is a map called MO_Bloody_History .... it's a map made by the team of bloody history

and now we published also a fun-version of this map .... www.websettlers.ch/funmap

Thanks Spirit, I'll give the game a go. Incidentally, I tried the link to the site but since my German is limited to the essentials (ordering beer , food, taxi receipts etc.) I haven't surfed by that site before. Maybe I should learn

why don't you click on the english flag on the right top corner.... no need to learn german for the moment

Hey Spirit another question (sorry) the map on Bloody History, does it need the ad-on? I don't have Trojans so could not play it
