Query is it possible to make aces pilot skins default as in using dcg or is it the usual prob of hard programming

i dont know ask in the mission forums as they will be the people that may do it for their missions

No you can't make custom skins default
but you can replace the default pilotskins used for Campaigns(De_00,De_01 .... De_31) in your Paint Schemes\Pilots folder with custom ones.
In Dynamic Campaign only your staffel is going to feature the custom skins all other units are going to have the default ones.
