Graphic prob - Giant White round circle in black box | Forums

Latest nvidia driver on their web as of today (not beta)
Geforce6600GT 128mb

It is an unsightly HUGE while circle with black outbox outlining it. Alien spaceship? It appears sitting on horizon on any mission and is probably 20 times bigger than the moon should be if thats what it is. Using 1.1 patch.

My apologies if it is elswhere but I cannot find it on forum!

I find if you open the game from the disk(the autoplay menu). The white blob usually isn't there. But if you open it from the desktop it has the blob.

This problem happends when you launch from the default shortcut. I had same problem. You have to go to your launch shortcut that you start silent hunter 3 with and right click to view its properties. Then place the location of your root directory of the silent hunter 3 installation in the "start in:" line (you will see it will be empty)

Current
Start in: (blank)

Change to
Start in: "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII"

(or whereever your directory is located just make sure it is filled and this will fix the sun)

This will fix the shortcut so you don't have to worry about using a different launch option.
