    ATTENTION: If you encounter a disconnection during your play session please collect and post the following information here:
    • In-Game Persona Name
    • Timestamp (Including Timezone)
    • Description of the Message you received
    • Bandwith, Internet Carrier, Type
    • DXdiag (attach to post)


    How to Get DXdiag

    Use Speed Test to get bandwith info


    Note: You can also send this information to customer service, make sure to attach your DXdiag to the message

    • Sunday April 7th (or it might of been the 8th), 10:32PM GMT -7 Mountain Time.
    • The description of the disconnect was that I lost connection to the game server.

    I;m not getting a dissconnect error in game I am getting a Connection Failed when trying to login to the server.

    Post Disconnection ERROR: 0x81F60006

    I experienced a disconnection Error about a week or 2 ago, i thought my internet connection caused the error so i wasnt concerned about posting it at all untill today. I kept Disconnecting a couple of times with this ERROR!

    This is what the error reported in the Loading screen of GRO!

    Server is runing ok, but will not create a Match says "Match found, joining" then 10 secs later gives error "Server Connection failure Error: 0x81F60007" then it will ask if you want to retry search or close.
    time: 10:05 am EDT
    this is on a PC
    windows 7 pro 64 bit
    DX 11

    patch 0.6.0 Same error over and over again



    ive been posting this error more often before this patch, patch 0.6.0 i am experiencing this same error a couple of times
    Lost Connection to game server, Please re-join. ERROR : 81F600006
    sometimes 5 or 6 times in a row and it cant be my internet now my seccond problem is since Patch 0.6.0 i hear Echos in the sound no matter what im doing.. i first thought it was my mic. but after a few tests without my microphone plugged in or any1 in party using a mic i still have this problem now i have been watching my FPS i thought it was my fps.. couse at this patch 0.6.0 somehow my FPS is to low so i changed my resolution and it didnt solve the sound ECHO problem.

    Just started having this issue...Can't connect and when it does i am stuck at map screen with just me on the map.

    username: CoReB11TME

    Did not manage to get first error code but it was at 21:35 uk time and said the connection was lost, please sign in again.

    Got another error, lost connection to game server: Code: 81F60006

    Another Error code, AMM search request failed. Code: 80810069

    I also noticed it is taking a long time to login

    In my admittedly limited experience, I have found that wclowing Launcher imediately after launching the game cures most lost connections and lag issues.
