I have now added ubbxforums.ubi.com into the Norton Web Content list and given full access
Note it does not have a leading www.
It is now working.

Yup.. appears that Norton isn't the best at determining what is and what isn't an ad.

personally I prefer google toolbar. Blocks popups and that's all that really needs blocked.

The other thing I like even more than that is Mozilla, it just takes care of the whole issue altogether from the beginning.
