    My cousin and I both experience the repeated crappy gun noise on our 60GB PS3's. But my mate who has a 40GB does not have many issues at all

    i dont belive so, i have a 40 gig that is now a 160 but i have had the machine gun loop
    my frined who has an 80 gig has had it as well
    i dont think your in the boat alone there
    your buddy has just been lucky so far
