    Hi, I need to reinstall my Windos Vista But I do not want to play the game from the beginning again - anyone knows where to my savegames on Vista ????

    Do a search for assassin.ini the folder the game saves to is in the same place

    In Vista Ultimate x64, I found them by displaying hidden files and folders. They are in:

    C:\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Ubisoft\Assassin's Creed\Saved Games

    Probably not a bad idea to make a backup of the folder once in awhile. I do that for most games.
