The things I would change are very far and few in between and aside from them, this game is definitely near completion.
Two more things I noticed though that I would change are the War Machines positioning and battlefield obstacles.
With the War Machines, I'm really not liking all three of them being right next to each other. It makes it far too easy to target with a large area spell. It was much better in the beta when they were spread apart.
As for the battlefield obstacles, all I can say is where are they. There are so few there that it's almost a waste to even have what's there. There should be more on the field to force units to manuever around them, not run straight across the field.

agreed. and obstacles could have bigger variety - not only stones..(why they couldnt make some etc,.geysers, huge swamps two types of them - 1) you can walk on but speed gets lower 2) cant walk.) - its just an idea, not really suggestion
but one thing - more obstacles..!
and that i want to say is that in beta version there were better i think, when you could go to for etc., town hall and there u could see all creatures in one hall.( and it would be cool that you could rotate your camera around!)
now u just go there and see only the creatures u can buy in some ****ing table...

No more obstacles than we already have!
Don't you remember how much complaining there was about the battlefield being too small during beta? Lowering the obstacle count is another way of increasing the battlefield size.
Oh btw, I agree on your other stuff.

but not only stones. obstacles are the thing that can be well changeable, if battlefield would depend of army size, obstacles could be like that.
maybe guess i want unrealistic game with variuos details, but i dont say it is a suggestion to make obstacles more exciting.
btw, i meant not town hall, but castle or citadel(where all creatures are shown) in my earlier "speech"
that's about.
