I can not begin to describe to you (if made correctly) how good this sourdough cake is. This is heightened by the fact that it is almost impossible to find anyone who actually makes it.
If you ever ever find anyone who has made one of these cakes no price is too high for a piece. Selling your first born is not unheard of.
