I have been playing the same career since the beginning of the war. I play "dead is dead," (and I died several times in the beginning) but this career has lasted an unusually long time. I decided to end it for two reasons. First, when I started the career, the game wasn't very old, and many patches and mods have come out since then, kind of negating my early accomplishments. Second, I wanted to take advantage of RUb and SH3 Cmndr's "realistic career length" option. So my question is: Is there a way to pick your career start date other than just selecting the year? Can it be made any more specific, say by modifying a career file or some other such method?
