Alrighty so i studyied the videos from ign and have noticed something with the bars. After you pull off the hand seal's you have to wait a little bit untill the blue "aura" of chakra (or something) hits the bars at that time you release the Left trigger and BAM jutsu done..there u go

Yea, that was pretty obvious...and of course it appears that the higher the bar you reach the stronger your attack is(at least from my point of view)

But is all matter of time... you only can use jutsu level 3 if you have enought time to do it without been damaged (specially by a distant kunai) else way you'll lose a lot of chakra....
Even the "Body Replacement" will waste ~1/4 of the full chakra bar.
Chakra will be increased slowly while fighting.
The Rage mode will be filled receiving strong attacks or combos. Is displayed with a silhouette from bottom to top of the character face in the HUB, and will be activated pressing the Right Trigger. While in Rage mode you can't be damaged.

Actually... When in rage mode you get a second full life bar that slowly decreases, kinda like a timer. but if U get hit the life bar will fall faster. I don't have a link to prove it, and maybe ur right, but I'm pretty sure thats how it isYeah, and the more chakra you'll waste....
