I have the whole series of World At War on video tape. Not even store bought, but taped off the TV back in the late 80's, when they aired weekly on Saturday nights. Still in great condition! In perfect plain germano/english

The episode with that Donitz interview, also included a great interview with Otto Kretchmer, where he spoke about his methods of attacking a convoy!
I have'nt a clue. But I'm pretty sure they sell the series either as a box set on VHS, or DVD. If my memory serves me, I believe the price was about $100 US. I could be mistaken though.
Celeon, try this:

After watching the Donitz movie, I stayed and watched the related movies that show up afterwords. This was one of them.

Looks just like SH3 (He he he) Also shows a good example of deck gun reloading.
BTW, I've heard of programs that can convert VHS to avi or mpg or whatever. I don't remember where I say it, maybe c/net Downloads.com. Maybe some computer stores carry the required cords/cables to hook up your VCR to PC (or even Radio Shack) ?
Edit: I just noticed some of the others are from Celeon's playlist. Another guy who has good Uboat movies is Vizaar, and dan39340.
This one would be cool in 3D. 1-2-3 Techno , SH3 Night Club movie.
I also found World At War at Limewire. Downloading now.![]()

Celeon and others, URGENT warning before the lawyers get you:
Guys, when uploading VHS and DVD content on the internet I urge you be careful about any possible copyright issues!!! The original footage etc. may be more than 50 years old and thus usually free of copyright, but the inclusion of the footage in a new compilation on VHS or DVD may create a new copyright.
I'm quite certain that some of the U-boat videos I watched on youtube are under new copyright (AV Mediaproduktion 1994 for the German rights; Oracle Home Entertainment 2003 for the English rights).
Always check the copyright information on your source (see package/cover), and if in doubt check with the publishers of your source. They often allow short excerpts to be used in this way (as it is basically like an ad for their product), and even longer ones if you can prove you do it for educational purposes, but basically they want to make money out of selling their media products....![]()
